Slide Rock is a stretch of Oak Creek north of Sedona where the creek runs down a slick sandstone channel, making a natural water slide. It is a popular summer swim, and in cooler months it is a scenic stop on a Sedona day.

Paradise Reserve has six bedrooms for up to 16 guests, five of them king suites with their own bathroom, plus a pool and spa, a golf simulator, a putting green and a pickleball court. Events and parties are not permitted at the house, and quiet hours apply.
$20 per vehicle (1 to 4 people) from October to April and $30 from May to September, plus $5 per extra person. Children under 6 are free.
The water is very cold in winter. Most visitors come to swim from late spring to early fall.
Pets are not allowed in the creek area, and not in the park from May 1 to September 30.
