The Location
Paradise Reserve sits in one of North Scottsdale's most sought-after residential pockets, minutes from the base of the McDowell Mountains and the 30,000-acre McDowell Sonoran Preserve. This part of Scottsdale is known for its wide desert lots, mountain views, and easy access to some of Arizona's best golf — including TPC Scottsdale, home of the Waste Management Phoenix Open, just a short drive away.
Guests staying at this North Scottsdale vacation rental are close to everything without sacrificing the privacy and space of a true estate property. Old Town Scottsdale's restaurants, art galleries, and nightlife are about a 15–20 minute drive south, while Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter offer upscale shopping and dining even closer by. For architecture and culture, Taliesin West — Frank Lloyd Wright's UNESCO World Heritage desert home — sits just minutes from the estate.
The location works equally well for golf trips, corporate retreats, and multi-generational family gatherings. Scottsdale's dry, sunny climate makes it a year-round destination, though the estate is especially popular during peak season — from the Waste Management Phoenix Open in February to snowbird season through the winter months, when Scottsdale's weather draws visitors escaping colder climates. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is approximately 25–30 minutes away, making the estate an easy fly-in destination for groups traveling from across the country.
Whether guests are hiking the Gateway Loop at sunrise, playing a round at TPC Scottsdale, or simply relaxing poolside with the McDowell Mountains as a backdrop, Paradise Reserve offers a private basecamp for experiencing everything North Scottsdale has to offer.

Guest Reviews
We had an incredible stay at this Scottsdale home and would give it 5 stars without hesitation. The property is absolutely stunning — brand new, beautifully designed, and every detail felt thoughtful and dialed in. It truly has that luxury resort feel while still being comfortable and welcoming. The outdoor space was a highlight for our group. The pool area is amazing and perfect for relaxing or spending the whole day outside. Having pickleball, a putting green, and a gym on-site made it even better — there was something for everyone to enjoy. Inside, the home is just as impressive. The rooms are spacious, beautifully finished, and having private bathrooms for each room made the stay feel extra comfortable and high-end. This is one of the best vacation homes we’ve stayed in.
