Scottsdale events 2027: the January to March calendar.

Early in the year, Scottsdale hosts its biggest events almost back to back. For a group trip, the calendar decides both what you will do and how early you need to book. Here are the 2027 dates in one place.

Planning around the events

  • •Overlap weeks: February 11 to 14 has the Phoenix Open and the horse show at the same time, and spring training starts on February 19. Expect the highest prices and the busiest roads.
  • •Calmer windows: early January and the first week of February sit between the big events.
  • •Book in order: the place to stay first, then event tickets, then dinners.

Where to stay

Paradise Reserve has six bedrooms for up to 16 guests, five of them king suites with their own bathroom, plus a pool and spa, a golf simulator, a putting green and a pickleball court. Events and parties are not permitted at the house, and quiet hours apply. It suits a group coming for one of these events and wanting the days around it at the pool, on the simulator or out on the trails.
