A spa day for a group in Scottsdale.

After a morning on the trail or a long day of golf, a spa afternoon is the easiest way for a group to slow down together. Scottsdale has many spas, and the house has its own spa, so the group can choose between a day out and a quiet afternoon at home.

The spa at the house

Paradise Reserve has a spa on the estate. For a group, it works best as a shared afternoon: a soak after the golf simulator or the pickleball court, with time to rest before dinner. Ask the host about the spa hours and quiet hours before you book, so the group knows when it is open.

Treatments in town

If the group wants treatments, book with a spa in Scottsdale in advance. Ask whether they offer group bookings or back-to-back appointments, so the group can finish at the same time. Confirm the cancellation policy and arrive early for any paperwork.

Planning the afternoon

  • •After the active part of the day: book the spa for mid-afternoon, once the golf or the hike is finished.
  • •Keep dinner simple: a shared dinner at the house gives the group time together after the spa.
  • •Respect the house: quiet hours apply, and events and parties are not permitted.

Heat and the pool

From June through September, afternoons regularly pass 100°F. In the summer, plan the spa for the evening, or for a cooler part of the day, and keep the pool for early morning or after sunset.
